Reeve Dallas, 31, was an inmate at the state prison in September 2012, when he was charged with delivery of articles to prisoners for trying to smuggle a tattoo machine motor "concealed in his person with the intent to deliver it to himself." A jury found him guilty of the charge this July and earlier this month, he was sentenced to one to three years in the state prison with 51 days of pre-trial confinement credit.
