Concord’s attempt for ‘emergency’ halt on fired teacher’s arbitration is denied

The state’s Public Employee Labor Relations Board unanimously denied the Concord School District’s attempt to end the arbitration process for a teacher it fired in February. The decision Monday was the latest in a flurry of recent filings with the labor board since the teacher, Lori Fosdick, was fired for her restraint of a special needs child.
