Belknap County switches to cheaper cable TV provider at nursing home, prison

Belknap County Commissioners voted unanimously last week to award a five-year contract to Bulk TV & Internet Healthcare for $974.40 a month after hearing from Dan Riley, environmental services director at the home, who said that the Resident Council at the home supported the contract with Bulk TV, which provides 48 channels with a 4 percent yearly increase.
