Sex offender argues jury shouldn't have been told to imagine themselves in victim's shoes

The defendant, Jeffrey Gray, appeals his convictions for aggravated

felonious sexual assault (AFSA) and simple assault. He argues that the Trial

Court (Wageling, J.) erred in denying his motion for a mistrial. He also contends

that the court erred “by permitting the prosecutor to ask the jurors to imagine

themselves in the complainant’s shoes” during closing argument.
