Mass. gov. reluctant to issue pardons gives one to Seabrook burglar so that he might join law enforcement

Among those who got a pardon from the Democrat was Thomas Schoolcraft, a Seabrook, New Hampshire, man convicted of breaking into homes on Plum Island and in New Hampshire in 2004 when he was an 18-year-old high school dropout. Schoolcraft told the Parole Board his ability to get work in criminal justice was hobbled by his record.
