More evidence sought in challenge to town's refusal to allow boat storage on owner's property

LACONIA — A Belknap County Superior Court judge will decide in coming days whether to let in more documentary evidence in the case of a Meredith businessman who has taken the town to court over its refusal to grant him a zoning variance so he can store boats on his Route 3 property.
