IN THE KITCHEN Pasquale Celone takes a personal approach to cooking at the restaurant in Londonderry, N.H., that bears his name. His approach to food is simple: “If I don't like it, you don't like it.” Celone was born in Torre Annunziata just outside Naples, where his family grew San Marzano tomatoes and other veggies.
