Chip Kelly is the native of Dover, New Hampshire born in November 1963, third of the four brothers is presently working as an ESPN football expert for the NCAA. Kelly was a quarterback at Manchester Central and a defensive back player at the University of New Hampshire. His motto was out the door early, be home when the streetlights come on at night.
