Judge refuses Wolusky request to set aside murder conviction

Tristan Wolusky, of Rochester, who is serving a life sentence, was convicted in 2015 of killing 18-year-old Aaron Wilkinson during a robbery in Madbury. Wilkinson's body was left on the side of a road in Lebanon, Maine.
