Yoga in the Vineyard at LaBelle Winery in Amherst takes the body, mind and soul connection to another level with yoga classes right in their vineyard taught by New Hampshire Power Yoga.

Yoga on Hampton Beach is offered by the beach’s first and only beachfront yoga and mindfulness studio. Retreat 339 on Ocean Boulevard offers earlymorning Beach Yoga and Meditation classes and Family Fun Beach Yoga classes.

Goat Yoga at Jenness Farm in Nottingham is New England’s first original yoga class with goats. Yogis of all levels can stretch, strengthen and relax with playful and adorable goats. Each class ends with a short guided meditation and goat cuddling.

Yoga at the Ballpark at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium in Manchester will be held at the park on Sunday, June 24. The session, hosted by Yoga Balance instructors, will be held in the outfield beginning at 11:30 a.m. The $24 class includes a free ticket to that day’s 1:35 p.m. Fisher Cats game.

The Welch-Dickey Guided Yoga Hike in the Mount Washington Valley will take place on June 9. Hike 4.4 miles with SUP Yoga through the pristine wilds of the Mount Washington Valley while you get physically, spiritually and mindfully centered with this mountaintop yoga class.

Yoga at Prescott Park is the perfect use of the Portsmouth park’s beautiful Piscataqua River location. Hosted by Seacoast Area Teachers of Yoga in Action, the free classes are held on Tuesdays, at noon, June through August.

Mountaintop Yoga at Gunstock starts with a peaceful chairlift ride to the summit of Gunstock in the fresh morning air. Take in the majestic views of Lake Winnipesaukee during these weekly classes beginning June 2.

Bend & Sip Beer Yoga at the Woodstock Inn Brewery in North Woodstock opens up the space usually reserved for hops, grains, and suds, to yoga enthusiasts. Monthly classes, lead by Live a Little Fitness, begin May 27.

Yoga on the AMC Trail Retreat is the perfect bucket list item for outdoor enthusiasts. The weekend of mountain hikes and relaxing yoga takes place at the AMC Highland Center Sept. 14-16.
